How the valley’s private clubs differ
Bighorn in Palm Desert, The Madison Club in La Quinta, and The Vintage Club in Indian Wells are three different private-club communities, and one “typical” price does not describe them. Bighorn’s own site, read October 26, 2026, publishes two initiation fees and names two courses; Madison’s site describes estate residences, villas, and clubhouse suites on one Tom Fazio course and does not publish fees; Vintage’s membership page says property ownership is required and does not publish fees. The closed-sale ranges below come from third-party reports and have not been checked against CDAR MLS, and HOA dues, rental rules, annual club dues, and insurance stay blank until club and HOA documents are in hand.

How do Bighorn, The Madison Club, and The Vintage Club differ?
They are in three cities and they are not one product. Bighorn in Palm Desert publishes two initiation fees and names two courses. Madison in La Quinta describes estate residences, villas, and clubhouse suites around one Tom Fazio course and does not publish fees on its homepage. Vintage in Indian Wells says property ownership is required for membership and does not publish fees on its membership page. Closed-sale figures on this page are third-party and still need a CDAR MLS check.
Where are HOA dues and rental rules?
Those cells are blank. They need the current club and HOA documents before a number or a rule is published.
